My most popular packages are detailed here to give you an idea of content and price, but I often create bespoke packages, as every client has different needs.
The process starts with a free 30 minute “discovery call” over Zoom to find out what you are struggling with in your home, what you want me to help you with and to ask any questions you may have about my different packages and my approach. This is important to ensure we are the right fit for each other and to help you decide which package to start with.
If you want to go ahead we book a two-hour in person consultation at your home. Prior to this I send you an in-depth questionnaire covering your wants and needs for the rooms you need help with. During the consultation we go through any gaps in the questions together and have an in-depth chat about your home, your likes and dislikes.
Below you will find three ways we can work together - but this is by no means exhaustive. I regularly create bespoke packages tailored to the client’s specific project and scope, as every client and every project is different and I aim to be as flexible as possible.

The Plans Package

- 2D floor plan of suggested furniture layout - with alternatives
- Design concept including colour palette, furniture, lighting & window dressing suggestions as applicable
- Video call to discuss concept & layout followed by one round of revisions
The Works Package

- Detailed design board - with specific items proposed, to fit style and budget
- Comprehensive shopping list with images and links to products
- Physical samples of paint, wallpaper, fabric & flooring as applicable

Services – in detail
The Ideas Package – from £250 per room
In advance of meeting I send you a questionnaire to fill in all about your likes, dislikes and what you really want and need from your space plus practical elements like deadlines and budget. When we meet in person, on site, for the all-important 2 hour design consultation we spend time going through this and I look at the space in detail and take images. I come equipped with a box of samples and room images for you to look through so I can better gauge your style, as many clients find it easier to show rather than tell their style. This is mainly a fact finding mission and for me to understand your preferences and the scope of the project – but I may also make some suggestions as we go along.
I then go away and create a mood board with a colour palette, inspirational images and written suggestions for your space to provide solutions to the problems you are struggling with.
For if you want to talk through your problem and just need some ideas of what to do next, which you are happy to source and implement yourself.
The Plans Package – from £990 per room
This starts with the same questionnaire and two hour in person consultation as the previous package. From this I provide you with a detailed report which forms the brief of the project.
Then I go onto provide 2D furniture layout plans for the space (usually two options) – this is vital for finding the optimum layout to maximise the space, the storage and the flow of the room and to ensure the correct furniture is chosen.
After this I move onto creating the Design Concept for the room – conceptual images to convey the look, feel, mood and textures of the space, along with a specific colour palette.
I will present both of these to you over a video call and offer one round of revisions.
For if you want to know the specific layout and have design direction for the space, but you are happy to select the specific products yourself.
The Works Package – price on request
This starts with everything in The Plans Package.
Once you are happy with the layout and design concept I move onto the detailed design, which I present on virtual design boards to show you how everything looks together. This includes colours, wall and floor treatments, lighting, window dressings, furniture and accessories, all to fit your style and budget. A full set of samples is also provided and everything is presented to you over an in person meeting to gain your feedback and see the samples in the space and light of your room. Finally I offer a set of revisions to the design and layout.
After this I provide you with a detailed shopping list with dimensions, colours, prices and clickable links. You can decide whether you prefer to purchase the items yourself or through me. With the latter you may take advantage of my trade discount (where available) and I manage all orders, deliveries and any issues with products. I have trade discounts with over 100 suppliers from well known national brands to smaller specialist suppliers.

Please note:
- I am based in Landbeach, CB25 and travel within a 15 mile radius is complimentary. I will quote for travel to clients living further afield.
- Additional time is charged at £60 per hour.
