How do I decide if an interior designer can help me?
Arrange a 30 minute free discovery call where I listen to your issues and then I tell you all the ways I could help you solve them. You don’t need to decide there and then – there’s certainly no pressure. I want my clients to want to work with me! Go away, talk it over with your family and let me know if you want to take it further.
Why should I pay for interior design?
I often save my clients money by preventing them from making costly design mistakes that are a waste of money because the space hasn’t been properly planned, or has been based around impulse purchases without looking at the room as a whole. In addition, if you employ me to source your goods you could benefit from my trade discounts.
I want something different from the packages you offer – is that possible?

What if I don’t like your designs?
I have a tried and tested process in place to ensure that this is unlikely. I spend a lot of time at the start getting to know you, what you like and dislike, your hobbies and interests, how you aspire to live and what you want from your space. I use this information to build a design which truly reflects you as a person and your dream space. And if there is something you want to change, that’s fine too as there is one revision included in each stage of The Details and The Works packages. At the end of the day I want you to be totally happy with the results.
How do the trade discounts work?
I have trade accounts with over 100 suppliers covering the whole of the market from budget conscious to high end. Some are very specialist, lesser known. Others supply a wide variety of products and are famous high street or online names. I will only use my trade suppliers if I feel they offer you the right product for your space and you will receive a 50% share of any discount they offer (if ordered through me with payment upfront).
